applicants of the MINI传媒 System are treated fairly, equally, and respectfully.
Investments
The MINI传媒 System Office of Investments is responsible for managing the Long-Term Investment
Fund (LTIF). The MINI传媒 System strives to earn the highest possible return from interest,
dividends, realized gains and market value increases while maintaining an appropriate
level of risk as defined by the Policy Benchmark.
Risk Management
Works with the component institutions of the MINI传媒 System on duties such as workers'
compensation, automobile claims, third-party claims, contractual review, insurance
acquisition, public access defibrillation, drug screening, driver approval, loss prevention,
consultative services, and emergency management.
Responsible for managing the MINI传媒 System's operating cash, debt issuance, investor relations, and tax-exempt post-issuance compliance.
MINI传媒S Information Technology
Provides information systems solutions, technology operation and systems management, and communication services for the MINI传媒 System and its component universities.
Raises, manages, and invests private gifts that benefit every part of the Texas Tech
University System, including all five of its universities.
