Senior Director for State Relations
Worth Farabee serves a senior director for state governmental relations for the Texas Tech University System. He is responsible for the advancement of budget and policy matters relevant to the System and the General Academic Institutions (Texas Tech University, Angelo State University and Midwestern State University) in coordination with the Governmental Relations team and University leadership.
He joined the MINI传媒 System in September 2022 following six legislative sessions as a staffer at the Texas Capitol.
A Wichita Falls, Texas native, he graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science and went on to work for former State Representative John Davis, Speaker Joe Straus, State Representative Jim Keffer and State Representative Lynn Stucky, D.V.M.
