鈥淚 want to thank the Stephen F. Austin State University campus community for their consideration in exploring a potential system affiliation and to ensuring a thorough and transparent process over the past several months. The MINI传媒 has significant momentum, with each of our five component institutions taking a leading role in developing the leaders of tomorrow and serving our communities throughout our great state. It is always exciting when the possibility arises to grow your family 鈥� and I want to thank our Board of Regents, system administration and university leaders for their time, commitment and efforts as we pursued a partnership with SFA.
鈥淚 wish my alma mater and all the great folks in Nacogdoches the best moving forward. The proud institution of Stephen F. Austin has a lot to celebrate at the close of its first century and as it begins its next chapter.鈥�
